Transportation Operations Program

The Transportation Operations Program (TOP), directed by Dr. Eric Donnell, is Penn State's focal point of basic and applied research in planning, design, and operation of transportation systems. With funding provided by the U.S. Department of Transportation, PennDOT, regional and local governments, and national and international private organizations, TOP projects involve as many as 25 faculty, student, and staff members across Penn State's University Park campus.
